3 Study Spots to Check Out This Finals Week

By: Jenna Brown, Edited by Amber Olson on Dec 06, 2019 in Campus News

Whether you’re looking to cram for a final or searching for a quiet space to close your eyes and relax, ASI has got you covered with study and relaxation spaces during finals week.

Jam PACked Studies

ASI Events is taking over the Cal Poly Performing Arts Center lobbies on Monday, Dec. 9 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for Jam PACked Studies. All four lobby levels will be open with tables and quiet seating areas for students to study. Free food from House of Bread Bakery Café, coffee, tea, Scantrons, and blue books will be available for all students with a valid PolyCard.

Relaxation Room and Study Space

De-stress and prepare for finals in the Cal Poly Recreation Center Training Room from Dec. 5 to 13. The Training Room will be transformed into a quiet relaxation room with bean bags, a hydration station, mats, pillows, blankets, and reduced lighting. There will be tables, chairs, and electrical power for study space in the lobby outside of the Training Room.

University Union Study Spaces

From Dec. 9 to 12, the University Union will be open 24 hours a day to cater to your late-night study needs. Grab a seat on the second floor, or jump into Chandler Lounge or San Luis Lounge for a quieter study experience.

Good luck on those finals, Mustangs! Stay connected to on-campus activities and updates on the Cal Poly ASI InstagramCal Poly ASI Facebook, and Cal Poly ASI Snapchat.
