The results are in! Your new 2018–19 ASI President is Jasmin Fashami! From the College of Liberal Arts, Jasmin is a political science sophomore and the secretary of student advocacy on the ASI Executive Cabinet. Jasmin promises to focus on student rights and advocacy through her ACT platform, which calls to support students through access to a voice, creating initiatives, and joining together as one community.

6,491, or 30 percent, of students voted in this election, compared to 27 percent for the 2017–18 elections and 26 percent for the 2016–17 elections. Jasmin received 4,308 total votes.
