ASI Student Government is collecting supplies for fire victims in Northern and Southern California. New items including backpacks, toiletries, blankets, duffle bags, pet food, Band-Aids, and clothing can be dropped off at the Student Government office located on the second floor of the University Union through Thursday, Nov. 15 at 3 p.m.

"There are many Cal Poly students that have been impacted by the horrible fires in Northern and Southern California,” Danielle Diele, chair of the University Union Advisory Board (UUAB) and agricultural business student, said. “This is one small way that ASI Student Government can show support for our community."

On Thursday afternoon, Student Government members will transport items to Meathead Movers who will deliver them to donation centers in affected areas through their donation program.

Items including water bottles, paper towels, and diapers are piled up in front of the ASI Student Government office
